Carlos M. Castellanos has been actively involved in South Florida's construction industry for over 23 years. He has been responsible for the design development and project management of various multi-million dollar residential and commercial projects. Mr. Castellanos has extensive experience in the areas of structural construction, real estate development, construction management, and general contracting. His architectural background allows him to be a more conscientious contractor assuring that quality control is always maintained. His professional experience includes the following:
 
     
  C Squared Construction, Inc. / 1992 - Present  
 
As founder and president of C Squared Construction, Mr. Castellanos has been responsible for the structural construction of various single family, multi-family and commercial projects for such general contractors, builders and developers as; Arellano Construction, Roepnack Corporation, Century Builders, Charland Rurey Construction, CDC Builders Inc., GBS Management, WCI Communities, D.R. Horton, Engle Homes, Lowell Homes, Standard Pacific, G.L. Homes and Caribe Homes. His responsibilities include: The day-to-day operations of a commercial and residential construction company, managing business growth & development. Mr. Castellanos also manages construction projects including the estimating, costing, bid preparation, financing, and project coordination.
 
     
  Excel Development Corporation / 1991 - 1992  
 
As Construction Project Manager, Mr. Castellanos was responsible for overseeing a twenty million dollar development of a residential home project in Coconut Creek, Florida. His responsibilities included: total land development, management of construction, budgeting, project scheduling, subcontractor negotiations, awarding contracts, and quality control.
 
     
  TGSV Construction / 1990 - 1991  
 
As Construction Manager, Mr. Castellanos was responsible for the ten million dollar construction of the J-Terminal Walkway at Miami International Airport. His responsibilities included: The day-to-day operations of the project, supervision of subcontractors, project scheduling, awarding contracts, and quality control.
 
     
  Lynn Wilson Associates / 1988 - 1990  
 
As Project Architect, Mr. Castellanos was responsible for: The Hyatt Orlando International Airport and the Fiesta Americana Monterrey, Mexico. His responsibilities included the design development, construction documents, project management, and on-site supervision to coordinate project development with owners and contractors.
 
     
  Gonzalez and Taylor Architects / 1986 - 1988  
 
As Project Architect, Mr. Castellanos was responsible for: The T.I.B. Bank of the Keys in Key West, Florida and the Holiday Inn in Key Largo, Florida. His responsibilities included: design development, construction documents, project management, and on-site supervisions to coordinate project development with owners and contractors.
