Carlos
M. Castellanos has been actively involved in South Florida's construction
industry for over 23 years. He has been responsible for the design
development and project management of various multi-million dollar
residential and commercial projects. Mr. Castellanos has extensive

founder and president of C Squared Construction, Mr. Castellanos
has been responsible for the structural construction of various
single family, multi-family and commercial projects for such general
contractors, builders and developers as; Arellano Construction,
Roepnack Corporation, Century Builders, Charland Rurey Construction,
CDC Builders Inc., GBS Management, WCI Communities, D.R. Horton,
Engle Homes, Lowell Homes, Standard Pacific, G.L. Homes and Caribe
Homes. His responsibilities include: The day-to-day operations
of a commercial and residential construction company, managing
business growth & development. Mr. Castellanos also manages
construction projects including the estimating, costing, bid preparation,
financing, and project coordination. |
